What a great estate find this was! It’s been here in the same since it was new. It’s been well loved & used. It has chippy original paint! It’s in excellent condition & still very sturdy. It had a couple of slightly loose spindles & I glued them so it’s a non issue. I did not see a signature, so I’m selling it as Hitchcock style.
