Celluloid Stippled Elephant Measuring Tape - measures 1 7/8" x 1 1/4" x 1 3/4". Probably German made. There is a video showing the tape retracting smoothly. This is a rare find & it would make a wonderful additional to a celluloid or vintage tape measure collection.
