This is a vintage toilet made by Eljer in a really rare & unique color The toilet was working when removed & will just need normal service parts replaced when installing It mounts just like & modern toilet The seat is broken it was left on as a reference to show how it fits, this can be removed if you want prior to shipping If you have any questions please ask PLEASE understand that colors vary from computer screen to computer screen, so if you need additional clarification on the color, please ask. We are NOT responsible for errors made in your color selection unless WE accidentally send you a completely different toilet than what you ordered (in which case, of COURSE we will make it right). If you select the wrong color, don’t like the color, picked a color that’s not a match for what you wanted, or thought it looked different on your screen than it does in person, we CANNOT accept returns for those reasons. Note that due to the size & weight of the sinks, tubs, & toilets we offer for sale, these items MUST be shipped by commercial truck freight. This means that it will arrive in a box truck or tractor trailer, delivered to your curb, similar to how furniture & appliances are delivered (note though, that in this case, delivery is CURBSIDE only). You MUST provide a good contact phone number so the freight company can contact you prior to delivery. They will set up a delivery time which will be during the work week only. You MUST be available at the time of delivery to accept & sign for it. These items are shipped in a fully enclosed wood crate to ensure they do NOT get broken or damaged.
