Silicone ear model is based on the size of an average woman. Please note - the titanium posts & silicone backings are nickel free, however the pads they are attached to are stainles steel which can have trace amounts of nickel. While the amount would be tiny, if at all present, I am in the process of changing out all earring cards that say “nickel free” for this reason.
