Antique Victorian solid silver chatelaine pencil. This wonderful pencil features a retractable tip & a round amber paste top. It measures approx. 1.67’’ (4.25 cm) long when closed & approx. 2.36’’ (6 cm) long when fully opened. The round paste measures approx. 5 mm. The pencil unscrews at the top & lead can be inserted. It does not have lead. This wonderful hand engraved pencil is in very good antique condition with patina preserved. It weighs 0.09 oz (approx. 2.55 g) & would make a wonderful pendant or charm.
