This unusual piece measures about 2 inches when closed & 3 inches when extended. Marked “Sterling” with a hallmark that appears to be an M. The sliding mechanisms are finicky & it may need a little mechanical work/ cleaning. Please see the photos for closer detail. Antique pencils like this are incredibly hard to find but we’re pricing this one lower than we normally would because of the telescoping issues.
