The frame decorations have only especially minor losses considering age, (tiny little nicks here & there that are hard to immediately see), mild crazing & general finish wear. The gesso has some typical diagonal splits in the corners along the joints & in the top decorations from age. As the photos show, the patina it has earned does not detract from its’ beauty!
