It has a cupped mount & a hole in the middle but does not have any wiring. It has a few drilled holes on each of the tall petals & some in the mount. It measures approximately 7" tall x 6" diameter. in vintage condition with overall rust. Easy restoration project Leave as is or repaint in your favorite color.
