Their finish may have areas of visible wear or small chips of paint. We sell pieces considered to be in the top 10% condition unless otherwise stated " in the rough needs TLC". If you prefer a finish that does not have paint misses or paint chips please let us know. We will see if a paint/finish match can be provided on the piece You are interested in. SHIPPING cost is estimated at $150 to your local Greyhound ,UPS or FedEx where you will need to pick up. We will choose the most economical method. If you would prefer delivery to your door we will be happy to get you a quote for the difference to your address with zip. Please indicate the type of building.ie. Single family residence, multi unit building. Commercial etc. These details all work into the estimate from the shipping companies. Will ship as shown within 5 business days of purchase OR ship within 4-6 weeks for customized painted pieces. NO RETURNS on used or vintage items.
