This two piece set includes the romper, & the lace up front skirt. The sleeveless romper is created from our Neon Flux print, with a short black mystique collar & back zipper. It features a black mesh inset keyhole neckline, & siren cut leg. The skirt is our 10" double ruffle mini, with a laceup front. The waistband & longer ruffle are black mystique, with a shorter ruffle tiered over it in Neon Melt. The tie is also non melt. Wear them together or separately!
