This 1980s Lillie Rubin pencil skirt is made of a high quality wool with a gathered silk swath caught in a rhinestone clip - it looks like a bow. The rhinestones used in the center & sides of the bow are alternating round & rectangular. It is fully lined with black taffeta. There is a zipper & snap in the back & a 10" slit in the center back. Made in France. Excellent condition.
