The dress has no label tag (partially ripped away), but has a size 8 tag. The non-collared bodice has short puffy shoulder padded sleeves, back nylon zipper, & a square neckline. The skirt bottom has 4 layers of 5" black fringe, with a black sequin thread trim around the top of the fringe, & back skirt bottom has a split. Dress is in great party/formal condition.
