A pair of Mid Century rattan wicker tub/ bucket chairs with iconic black metal hairpin leg base, looks very much like the chairs designed by Terence Conran in the 1950’s but as there is no makers mark & a few variations in design it’s hard to say conclusively if these are in fact Conran chairs. Who ever designed them was very clever .They are in excellent condition & look fantastic. Originally conceived as a patio chair these are so lovely that I would happily bring them indoors. These are rare as hens teeth these days. They are made up of 2 parts - the metal frame & the woven basket seat. Throw a sheep skin on for cosy winter comfort. They are sold as a pair. they measure approximately 86 cm wide x 74 cm tall 1950S Wicker Bucket Chairs
