MEASUREMENTS Waist: 27" with 1" available to move closure over Hips: free Total length: 24" with 4" hem available This is in good vintage condition overall except for its waistband. The waistband has lots of fray to the silk & is worn down quite a bit but can be covered with a belt. There’s a few small moth nibbles & a few light yellowish storage spots.
